I have a Tesla and have always chosen Tesla Service for my tire rotations, changes, and alignments. This time, I had an emergency and decided to give Firestone a try—and I couldn’t be more impressed! They got the job done in record time, the price was extremely competitive, and the service exceeded my expectations. I came in for a tire alignment, and the whole experience was great. The staff was friendly, professional, and got my car in and out quicker than I expected. They explained what they were doing, answered my questions, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. After the alignment, my car tracks straight and the steering feels much better. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be back for future maintenance.

On my first visit to this location, I arrived having an issue with my tires. Gene was stellar. He inspected the damage and quickly submitted the warranty claim. He expedited the shipping at no extra cost and installed the replacement tires on my car the next day. I’m so thankful for the stellar service of the entire Team! Many thanks for making this warranty process so easy. I will be back!

Greetings Mr Hubbard… (Store Manager) Too bad we couldn’t meet today. I get it, you’re 20 minutes late coming back. Made an appt 4 days ago. Arrived on time for my appt. Service Manager on duty incredibly rude. They wanted to wait 2+ hrs for an alignment, because they had only person waiting. Who wants to spend the holiday waiting 2+ hrs for an alignment? He then states that the normal SLA is 2hrs for all jobs. I ask “Where is that posted?” He advises “It’s not and that doesn’t make any sense. Why would we post that?” I say “So that people can plan accordingly?. He stated “Well that makes no sense to me… You can speak to the Store Manager when he returns. I don’t have time to speak with you.” I explained to him that the entire point of an appt is so that they can capacity plan appropriately. I understand that it’s a holiday (which is why I was surprised they were taking appts) but your lack of capacity planning isn’t my issue. Did I expect to spend maybe 45mins? Sure. Spend hours for a 4 wheel alignment, no sir. I have been to their competition and they clearly post their standard wait times. Used the app to 1. Make my appt, and 2. Fill out the app checklist telling the store precisely which services I was coming for (nearly all offered services were checked, because I was preparing for a VERY long road trip). I arrived and reiterated my purpose in person. Waited patiently for 3 1/2 hours. In the end they only did an oil change, which was the LEAST critical service I listed. Alignment, balancing, full inspection, other services ALL NOT ADDRESSED. So it took 3 1/2 hours and all that was done on the car was a basic oil change.
